Ma'ruzaning rezyumesi: «XAYOT FAOLIYATIDA KATNASHADIGAN POLI-, GETEROFUNKTSIONAL, GETEROXALQALI BIRIKMALAR. ALKALOIDLAR» Organizmda kechadigan metabolik jarayonlarni tushinib yetishni, polifunksional, geterofunksional, geteroxalqali birikmalarining tuzilishi va ularning xossalarini o'rganmasdan amalga oshirib bo'lmaydi. Bu moddalar monofunksional birikmalar kabi reaksiyalarga kirishish bilan birgalikda, funksional birikmalarning o'zaro ta'siri natijasida vujudga keladigan spetsifik reaksiyalarga ham kirishishadi. Tibbiyotda ishlatiladigan tabiiy asosli dori moddalar alkaloidlar turkumiga kiradi. Ushbu ma'ruzining vazifasi organik moddalarning ichida polifunksional, geterofunksional, geteroxalqali birikmalarining namoyondalari va alkaloidlar bilan tanishtirish va metabolizm reaksiyalarini o'rganish uchun muximligini ko'rsatishdan iboratdir. POLI-, HETEROFUNCTIONAL, HETEROSICLIC SUBSTANCES AND ALKALOIDS THAT ARE PARTICIPATING IN LIFE ACTIVITY PROCESSES Understanding the metabolic conversions in organism in great extent is connected from knowledge of specific chemical properties and spatial construction of poli-, heterofunctional, heterosiclic substances and alkaloids. From substances with several alike functional groups most are broadly presented in natural object, the substances with hydroxide groups - polyаtоmic alcohols, polyаtomic phenols, diamines and polyamines, di- and polycarbon acids. Chemical properties of poli-, heterofunctional, heterosiclic substances and alkaloids are in considerable extent defined with properties of the deputies and their mutual influence on each other, revealing in specific properties. The purpose of this lecture is forming knowledge by the questions about structure and nomenclature of polifunctional substances, with alike function, chemical properties of poli-, heterofunctional, heterosiclic substances, structure and properties of the urea and her derives, about separate representatives of polifunctional substances and their importance in medicine. Most of the drugs used in medicine are a class of alkaloids The materials of this lecture will allow students to get knowledge about structure and properties of biologically important compounds - poli-, heterofunctional, heterosiclic substances participating in process of the metabolism, such as glycerine, diamines, hinon and hydrohinon, dicarbon and tricarbon acids, unsaturated dicarbon acids and others.
